Chunky Resin Irregular Beaded Necklaces

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this necklace! My expectations were admittedly low, and truthfully I didn't pay much attention to the product specs beyond "Ooh that looks pretty!" When the necklace arrived and I got to examine it in person, I was thrilled with its gorgeous details that take something like this from "good enough" to "I love it and would recommend it to friends!"The basics:The beads are made of resin and are very lightweight. It's comfortable to wear. The extender chain provides adjustable length to 16 inches, and it's easy to add another small extender for extra length (my personal preference, as I like my necklaces to be around 18 inches). The gold spacer beads elevate the design so it appears a little more luxe. While this is obviously a rainbow gradient and could theoretically be paired with any color, this necklace especially sings when it's combined with bright and pastel shades on the neutral to cooler side of the spectrum.The details:Here's where this necklace REALLY shines. The beads each have special striations and variations within the resin that make them look like real deal semiprecious gemstones. All of the beads are shaped differently as well, which adds to their illusion of authenticity. Seriously, I've been collecting stones since childhood, and if I happened to spot this necklace in a shop without feeling the weight of the resin material first, I would have immediately thought it was made with real gems. I was surprised and delighted by how genuine they look!Overall:This necklace is a fabulous value in general, but especially for its quality. I've seen similar style resin beaded necklaces without the gemstone details retailing for five times the cost. The gemstone details make this necklace truly special and unique. It's a great length, comfortable to wear, and reproduces the look of real stones. It's a smidge on the pastel side for my personal taste, but it still fits easily into my wardrobe and makes me so happy to wear it! It's a great deal on a high end look.

Great necklace that goes with so many colors - very versatile for any occasion! I appreciate that I can adjust the size if I want it more like a choker or to hang down further on the chest. The box and packaging were very cute if you get it for a gift for someone! The beads and claps have actual weight and are not cheap plastic. There was no chemical smell and the size is standard and not cheap plastic.

I got the Maillard color, and it is absolutely beautiful! For my fellow Autumn girlies, this color combination is such a great choice. The mix of warm, earthy tones has that cozy fall feel that works beautifully with an Autumn color palette. I really like the irregular shapes of the resin beads. They give the necklace more dimension and personality than perfectly uniform beads, while the little gold-tone spacers add just enough polish to elevate the design. The combination feels fun and artistic while still being easy to incorporate into an outfit. The adjustable extender is also a nice feature, especially when switching between different necklines. Despite being a chunky statement necklace, it doesn't feel excessively heavy or cumbersome.This will be especially pretty paired with fall sweaters, dresses, denim, and other warm neutrals. I can already see it working beautifully with browns, creams, olive greens, rusts, and other colors I tend to reach for during fall.The Maillard color is definitely a winner for Autumn palettes. It's warm, unique, versatile, and such a fun way to add some personality to an outfit. Easy 5 stars from me!

I ordered the Rainbow option and this is a fun, colorful necklace if you like bold jewelry.Appearance / color: the resin beads are vibrant and come in a mix of shapes and colors. The three 14K gold-plated spacers add just enough shine without taking over the look. Big, chunky jewelry is not usually my go-to, but I do like how cheerful this looks with a neutral top.Size / fit: the necklace is about 15.5 inches with a 3.5-inch extender, so there is a decent amount of adjustment. The large lobster clasp is easy to use and makes it simple to get the length where you want it.Weight / comfort: surprisingly lightweight for how chunky it looks. The weight is listed at about 2.5 ounces, or 70 grams, and I can wear it for quite a while without it feeling too heavy.Quality: the beads are smooth and polished, and the hand-stringing seems solid. The materials are listed as lead and nickel free.Fun factor: definitely high. I plan to wear this on vacation at the beach because it has that colorful, playful look.The only reason I'm keeping it at 4 stars is that it does have a definite costume jewelry feel, almost a little childish depending on what you wear it with. As someone who doesn't love tight choker necklaces, I was glad that this choker was adjustable. It does adjust and makes it looser, but I actually prefer for my necklaces to be even looser, so I would have liked the adjustable portion to be a bit longer. It says the length is 15.5" and the adjustable portion is 3.5"...but I think it fits smaller than that. The colors of this necklace are really beautiful, and each piece is shiny and smooth. I like the gold accents interspersed throughout. I don't find it too heavy to wear (but it's certainly not lightweight either)! The price is slightly high for a beaded necklace, but there is often a coupon code to make it more affordable. It is definitely a fun statement piece to wear and since it is well-made and high-quality, I think it is worth it and I recommend it.

Nice colors to the necklace will go with about any outfit not to heavy but great chunky look that makes a great statement. The colorful necklace is nice look with jeans or slacks and nice black or red blouse I think would look really great .

These are very chunky. The listing is upfront that it's resin and acrylic, so no complaint there. But resin can go a lot of directions depending on how it's finished, and this lands closer to fake plastic rocks than to anything that reads as stone or crystal. On the neck it comes across more like a child's dress-up piece than a statement necklace. Construction is fine, the stringing is solid, and the colors are consistant bead to bead.
