These chunky heart earrings look really good. I'm older and my earlobes can't take the weight. I think about 2 grams is about the maximum I can wear. If you can take the weight (about 2 US quarters in weight for each earring) read on.If you can wear heavier earrings, these are really fun and will get noticed. The gold plated posts are of a nice size and are long enough for even a thick earlobe. The gold loop that holds the acrylic heart looks good on its own, too. The heart can be removed, bringing the weight down considerably. The earrings together would pair nicely with other earrings or cuffs too.I think the style is great and if they were 1/4 (or less) of the weight, they would be fun to wear. I've worn the plated gold loops separately from the hearts, and have gotten compliments.Really nice, really inexpensive (they are offering a $14.39 coupon price, as I write this) and I would recommend them wholeheartedly if they weren't so heavy.
